We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The host was lovely and welcoming, even turning on the heater in our room to ensure it was warm. The shower was great, with excellent water pressure. The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center, with a bakery nearby for breakfast. Although parking was limited, we managed to find a spot on our second night. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the university, parks, and attractions like the botanic gardens. The staff, including the friendly cleaning lady, made our experience enjoyable.

The 1 bed room apartment was nicely laid out with separate kitchen area and separate ensuite toilet and washing/drying facilities. Service was good. Good place for a couple or family on holiday.

Location, value for money. There is a pleasant atmosphere about the apartment it needs a little refurbishment but it was a pleasant, quiet apartment that met all our expectations. It is within reasonable walking distance to restaurants and shops. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, check in was easy and efficient.

The apartment was a little 'tired' and needed a little refurbishment, the carpet was a little worn and shabby.

It was a good location in terms of being close to the things we needed to go to. It was also good for our sports teams as the rooms were spacious.

The room is behind some student flats and the students were very noisy.

The motel is conveniently located near food outlets and the city center, making it easy to find dining options. Despite being situated next to partying students, the rooms are peaceful and noise-free. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with spacious and modern bathrooms. The reasonable pricing makes it a good value for money. The daily cleaning service ensures fresh towels are provided.

The decor of the motel is outdated and could benefit from some refreshing.
